So this was my first attempt at both doing chibi art and using Photoshop, which explains the simplicity of the coloring. My hat's off to all the talented and amazing artists in fandom that excel at Photoshop! If you have never used it before, it is both addicting and fun as well as frustrating and tedious. Next time I will try experimenting with shading and texture brushes. Woo!

A commendable first attempt at chibis and coloring. The cleaned up line art looks lovely. Also, if you're having trouble with the texture on the paper showing up in the scan, you can fiddle with the levels to remove it.

Aww thank you very much, that means a lot. I really want to play around with things and see what each does, brushes, pallets, and the like. Don't get me wrong, I like the end result, it just kind of reminds me of an animation cell. lol I will have to mess with layers a bit more too, I think I accidentally colored over one of the un-cleaned up line art versions I had.*facepalm* Live and learn, right?
